Beginner/Intermediate Pole Fitness Class
Level Up Your Pole Skills
This class is for students looking to take their beginner pole dancing skills to the next level.
In this class, you’ll focus on the fundamentals of defying gravity, including learning how to climb the pole, mastering the basics of inverting, and challenging your already awesome beginner spins and combos!
This class is also an excellent option for higher-level students who wish to condition and refine their basic skills.
Please note: This class is NOT suitable for absolute beginners. Students must have already attended some beginner pole fitness classes at Pole Power Fitness and be familiar with a lot of our beginner spins and transitions.
