Flexibility Classes for All Levels

Our flexibility classes are designed for everyone, regardless of your current level of flexibility. We incorporate a variety of stretching techniques to enhance your range of motion and increase flexibility throughout your spine, legs, hips, shoulders, chest, and more.

  • Class Structure: You’ll be guided through a series of yoga poses, dynamic movements, and partner-assisted stretches to help you bend and stretch in every direction.

  • What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks are optional.
