So you’ve taken a few of our intro to pole classes and are ready to take things up a notch? Our beginner class is perfect for anyone looking to continue their pole fitness journey.

In this class, you’ll build on what you’ve learned by mastering the fundamentals of pole fitness. You’ll practice proper techniques for executing a variety of beginner spins, poses, transitions, basic climbs, and floor work. These exercises are designed to help you develop and strengthen your upper body and core.

As you progress, you’ll also be introduced to beginner routines that allow you to showcase your new skills and continue your pole fitness journey with confidence.
