Now that you've decided to book a pole dance class, you might be wondering what to wear to make the most of your session.
Recommended Attire:
Shorts: Opt for shorts that allow for maximum leg exposure. This helps with grip, enabling you to secure your legs around the pole more effectively.
Tank Top or Sports Bra: Choose a top that leaves your arms and shoulders free. More skin exposure on your upper body improves your ability to grip the pole with your arms.
The minimalist approach is key in pole dance because it maximizes your contact with the pole, helping you perform moves safely and confidently. While comfort is important, please keep in mind that wearing leggings or long sleeves can cause slipping and hinder your progress.
Footwear: Classes are carried out barefoot, so no need to worry about special shoes!

To ensure the safety and comfort of yourself and other pole dancers, please adhere to the following guidelines:
No Lotion: Do not apply lotion to your skin within 24 hours before your pole class, as it can make the pole slippery and unsafe. If you've applied lotion, please shower it off before class.
No Jewelry: Remove all jewelry before class, including rings, bracelets, and necklaces, as they can cause injury to you and damage the pole.
No Underwear as Attire: Underwear is not acceptable attire for a pole fitness class. Please wear appropriate fitness clothing as recommended.
These guidelines are in place to keep everyone safe and ensure that you get the best possible experience from your class!

Punctuality is crucial due to the physical demands of pole fitness, and we strongly emphasise the importance of a proper warm-up.
Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to ensure you’re ready to start promptly.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class. This policy is strictly enforced for your safety, as missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury.
Rescheduling: If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your class, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Please plan ahead to ensure you get the most out of your class safely and effectively!
